Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Prestige View Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Prestige View Services provides professional exterior maintenance services including, but not limited to:
- Window cleaning (residential and commercial)
- Gutter cleaning and maintenance
- Pressure washing
- Snow removal services
- Related exterior care services
All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Service Agreements and Quotes
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if:
- The scope of work differs from what was described
- Additional services are requested
- Unforeseen complications arise
- Property conditions were misrepresented
Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We require:
- At least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Customers who cancel with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Cash
- Credit/debit cards
- Electronic transfer
- Check (with approved credit)
Payment Due Dates
Payment terms vary by service:
- One-time services: Payment is due upon completion of service
- Seasonal contracts: Payment terms are specified in the contract agreement
- Commercial accounts: Net 30 days with approved credit
Late Payments
Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month (26.82% per annum) on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate property information and access details
- Ensure safe access to work areas
- Secure pets and valuable items during service
- Notify us of any hazards or special conditions
- Provide access to water and electrical outlets when required
- Remove obstacles that may interfere with service delivery
- Inform us of any damage or concerns within 24 hours of service completion
Liability and Insurance
Our Insurance Coverage
Prestige View Services maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. We are fully insured for property damage and personal injury that may occur during the provision of our services.
Limitations of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed by the customer
- Damage caused by hidden defects in the property
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow instructions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Weather-Related Services
For weather-dependent services such as snow removal:
- Service times may vary based on snowfall amounts and timing
- We prioritize safety and may delay service during severe weather
- Snow removal contracts specify trigger depths and response times
- We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather conditions
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Notify us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will address legitimate concerns at no additional charge
- Touch-ups or corrections must be completed within a reasonable timeframe
This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by weather, customer actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program is subject to the following terms:
- Points are earned on eligible purchases as specified in the program
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time
- Fraudulent activity may result in account termination and forfeiture of points
- Rewards and redemption terms are subject to change
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prestige View Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- Customer engages in abusive or threatening behavior
- Property conditions are unsafe for our staff
- Customer violates these Terms of Service
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
